Healthy avocado toast

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of brown bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Ingredients

  1. Put the slices of brown bread in the toaster to toast.
  2. While they are still hot, spread Philadelphia cheese on one of them.
  3. Afterwards mash up a bit of avocado using a fork and spread it on the two slices of toast.
  4. Put the cherry tomatoes that have been cut in half on the piece of toast that doesn’t have the cheese on it.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and oregano to your liking on both of them and add a drop of olive oil. Now they are ready!
  6. A glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and a tea go really well with the toast and they make a very nutritious breakfast to start the day off with lots of energy.
